How to create a Facebook QR code

Copy a direct destination
Use the profile or Page link from Facebook, such as a named profile URL or profile.php?id= with the numeric ID. Short sharing redirects, groups and events are not accepted by this dedicated tool.
Friend requests are a visitor action
The code opens the destination. It cannot add a friend, like a Page or follow an account automatically. Facebook controls which actions are available based on account type, privacy settings and the visitor’s sign-in.
Confirm visibility
Test from a device/account that represents your visitors. A private or unavailable destination does not become public because you printed a QR. We do not verify the account or collect Facebook credentials.
Add a logo or photo to your Facebook QR code
Customize the center, keep the destination
Open “Add a logo or photo” after entering your details. Choose a sample icon or upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 3 MB. Images are cropped to a square. The optional “Make image black & white” switch uses grayscale; turn it off to restore the color image. Customization is free and needs no account.
Your image stays on your device
Uploaded images are resized and processed in browser memory, without an image upload service. The logo or photo is included in your downloaded file. PNG is 1024 × 1024 pixels. SVG preserves the QR pattern as vectors, but an embedded photo or logo remains a raster image.
Check the finished design before printing
A small center image and white backing protect readability. The generator checks that the finished QR decodes to your original content before offering it for download. This does not replace a phone scan: test the downloaded file and the final printed size. Keep the white border and use the original design if a scanner struggles.

Can the QR send a friend request?
Not automatically. A visitor can choose Add friend on Facebook when it is available. Pages use follow actions rather than personal friend requests.
Are sharing, group and event links supported?
This tool accepts profile and Page links. Use the Website URL tool for other destinations. Tracking parameters are removed from profile links.
